It is a SBA dollar minted at a Denver Mint. The alternative minute are a initials of a designer. Unless it is uncirculated it isn’t worth any some-more than a dollar which it is. It is not silver.
The D which is somewhat on top of Anthony’s neck cuff is a packet symbol for a Denver mint. The FG are a initials of a arch engraver of a packet at which time, Frank Gasparro, who written both sides. The mintage is 41,628,708 as well as a coin in circulated condition is usually worth a dollar. It is not worth which most in packet state either, for from time to time a banks have rolls of them in packet state. I saw a single a alternative day. The SBA dollars were done for 4 years(1979-1981 & 1999) as well as it is a 1981 as well as 1999 which have a value. There is however a 1979 accumulation called a far-reaching edge which is worth $20 as well as up. Hope this helps
